Qualifications

• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license with APRN licensure and prescriptive authority.
• 0-1 year related healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and evaluate care within state scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers for coordinated patient care.
• Document services per policies; prepare medical records, billing docs, care plans.
• Perform procedures and treatments per established protocols.
• May recommend procedures and treatments as appropriate.
• Promote wellness through patient education.
• Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests when needed.
• Initiate drug therapy with physician consultation when required.
• Identify and order needed supplies; participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and HIPAA policies.
