Qualifications

• Master's or higher level APRN program completed from an accredited program.
• Valid Oklahoma RN license.
• Valid Oklahoma APRN license with current specialty certification.
• Prescriptive Authority recognition in Oklahoma.
• 1 year related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical services including assessment, intervention and evaluation within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers for coordinated patient care.
• Document services per policies; prepare medical records and care plans.
• Perform procedures and treatments per protocols; may recommend treatments.
• Promote patient wellness with education; answer patient questions.
• Conduct complete physical exams, order and interpret diagnostics as needed.
• Initiate drug therapy when appropriate after physician consultation.
• Identify and order needed supplies; participate in quality and safety initiatives.
