Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Gynecologic Oncology program in the greater Tampa Bay area. This outpatient position supports clinicians, coordinates care across specialties, and participates in a learning healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will be committed to world-class patient care with strong communication and teamwork. A Florida license and NP/PA certification are required, with oncology/gynecology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree at minimum; master's degree preferred.
• Active FL medical license and national certification.
• Active BLS certification.
• Previous oncology and/or gynecology experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides patient care as a member of an interdisciplinary team, working with many specialists to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Correlates subjective and objective data to formulate a differential or working diagnosis.
• Formulates treatment plans for medical conditions within scope of practice.
• May perform minor surgical procedures within scope of practice.
• Prescribes oral and IV medications when appropriate, within the scope of practice.
• Documents patient care in accordance with medical staff rules.
