Day Kimball Health in Putnam, CT seeks a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) for our outpatient mental health clinic. Enjoy a full-time schedule (8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.), with a day shift and collaborative, patient-centered care alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

You will lead clinical care, perform assessments, prescribe therapies, and engage in education and quality initiatives. We value growth, mentorship, and compassionate service to our community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited NP program.
• ANCC PMH-NP certification required.
• Current Federal DEA and CT RN/APRN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, manages, prescribes, and evaluates therapeutic interventions per standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses and behavioral health staff to deliver care.
• Provide patient and family education and participate in quality improvement.
