Job summary

Colorado Psychiatric is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program on a part-time basis. The APRN will conduct comprehensive medical assessments, manage patient care plans, and prescribe medications within their scope of practice.

Ideal candidates hold an MSN/ DNP in Nursing and current Illinois APRN license with Full Practice Authority, plus CSR and DEA registrations.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing required; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) track preferred.
• Current active Illinois APRN license with Full Practice Authority; CSR and DEA registrations required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical clinical care including H&Ps at admission and annually; order labs and follow-ups.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications within licensed scope; provide MAR treatment for substance use disorders.
