Select Specialty Hospital in Palm Beach, FL seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide high‑quality post-ICU care within a multidisciplinary team. The APRN will lead rounds, develop plans, and mentor staff while adhering to evidence‑based guidelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure seamless transitions, optimal outcomes, and patient/family education in a demanding hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Permanent State RN license and authority.
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice.
• National APRN Certification (Adult, Acute Care or Family) through AANP or ANCC.
• BLS and ACLS.
• Previous hospital experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Lead daily rounds and participate in rounds with pharmacists and other care providers.
• Develop and implement care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Mentor clinical staff and promote evidence-based practices.
• Document assessments, plans and patient progress.
• Maintain patient safety and prevent complications.
• Educate patients and families to support ongoing care.
