Acentra Health in Arkansas is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team. The APRN provides advanced clinical expertise, assessment, and healthcare services for older adults, applying aging health conditions and care coordination to support outcomes and program initiatives.

Qualificações

• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Arkansas.
• Board certification in applicable specialty area.
• Minimum of five (5) years of post‑graduate practice experience.
• Active clinical practice within specialty field for five of the previous seven years.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical practice experience in Arkansas within the previous five years.
• Must maintain all required licenses and credentials throughout employment.
• Occasional remote work arrangements and up to 15% in-state travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, and evaluate forensic diversion and behavioral health crisis initiatives.
• Lead development of a behavioral health crisis assessment and response system in Arkansas.
• Consult with staff in crisis and forensic programs.
• Develop relationships with providers, law enforcement, hospitals, and community entities.
• Lead dissemination of program goals, objectives, and outcomes to a broad audience.
• Provide consultation regarding care and treatment needs of older adults.
• Apply evidence‑based practices to support quality outcomes and service delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support care coordination.
• Provide guidance to support program initiatives, policy implementation, and quality improvement.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and state regulations.
