Job summary

Prism IT Global in San Jose, CA seeks an experienced DELMIA Apriso MES specialist with 8-12 years of experience, including strong L2/L3 support and development for manufacturing environments.

You will own incident triage, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with manufacturing, ERP, QA, and vendor teams to implement approved configurations and enhancements, while ensuring SLA delivery and production continuity.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience with DELMIA Apriso MES in manufacturing settings.
• Strong L2/L3 production support and development experience for Apriso modules.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across UI, business logic, integrations and DB layers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary L2/L3 Apriso MES support contact at the site, meeting SLAs.
• Lead incident triage, impact assessment, escalation and post-incident actions.
• Translate requirements into robust Apriso configurations and extensions.
• Coordinate testing, validation, release, and production deployment activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, ERP, QA, and vendor teams to deliver enhancements.
• Monitor application health and optimize Apriso performance and reliability.
