Job Description

1. Leads workshops
2. Creates a conceptual architecture flow for identified epics
3. Creates detailed designs with functional process flows, business logic and data model description
4. Works with Product Owner to break epics into user stories
5. Works on storyboards (user story designs with mockups) and reviews with Product Owner
6. Leads internal testing
7. Assists Product Owner with accepting user stories
8. Defines best practices for the project

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Required)
2. Master’s Degree in related field (Preferred)
3. Experience in implementing Apriso software for key modules such as Production, Quality and Warehouse. Understanding of Apriso data model and Apriso process builder framework
4. Strong Exposure to MES implementations – architecting and implementing - including automation, production monitoring and execution, quality planning and execution, detailed scheduling and sequencing and interfaces to ERP
5. Excellent problem solving skills
6. Minimum of 8 years in a Supply Chain/ LES/ MES/ ERP/Automation functional / technical role (either business or I.T.) providing familiarity with business processes and practices
7. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the Information Technology Industry
8. Programming background with C#, SQL/PL SQL, Java and web based technologies
9. SAP or Oracle applications experience is a plus
10. Experience using Biztalk Server, SAP Business Connector, SAP PI is a plus.
11. Business Process Certifications, such as APICS, CPIM is a plus
12. Strategic Program Certifications, such as Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
13. Willingness and ability to travel - up to 75% in the United States
