Job summary

Cosma International, a Magna company, seeks an Advanced Quality Engineer to drive quality throughout product development, launch, SOP, and stabilization. You will lead APQP activities, coordinate PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP with cross-functional teams, ensuring customer approvals and process readiness.

The role requires APQP/PPAP expertise, GD&T knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills to support launch quality and continuous improvement. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have APQP/PPAP leadership experience in automotive launches.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and quality systems required.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP activities from concept to launch and SOP.
• Serve as technical quality lead for EBM process.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and customer approvals.
• Perform risk assessments and preventive quality planning.
• Support CQ teams during launch and stabilization phases.
