Training Program

Your apprenticeship lasts two years. Experienced specialists accompany and support you from the beginning. During your apprenticeship you will work on responsible and exciting projects, and from the second year you will take on smaller tasks independently.

According to a plan that has been drawn up for you, you will go through various departments of the company, such as order processing, sales, purchasing, construction, human resources, and financial accounting. You will also attend regular lessons by KMH specialists in the vocational school (Syke) and the practical training in the training workshop taff! (Bassum).

What you bring

• You have a good secondary school leaving certificate.
• You are skillful and have good hand/eye coordination (e.g. in the forming of sheet metal and pipes).
• You have technical understanding.
• You work concentratedly and carefully.
• You handle working equipment, vehicles and products carefully and cautiously.
• You are open and can communicate clearly in written and spoken German (Level B1).
• You are a team player.
• You are physically fit.

Monthly pay during apprenticeship

• First year: 1,105.00 Euro
• Second year: 1,183.00 Euro
