KMH is offering an Apprenticeship as a Machine and Systems Operator (F/M/D) that lasts two years. You'll gain hands-on experience across various departments, including sales and construction, while supported by experienced specialists.
The apprenticeship includes attending vocational lessons and practical training. A good secondary school certificate and German proficiency (Level B1) are required. Benefits include collective wage agreement pay, 30 days of annual leave, and excellent chances of permanent employment after training.

Your apprenticeship lasts two years. Experienced specialists accompany and support you from the beginning. During your apprenticeship you will work on responsible and exciting projects, and from the second year you will take on smaller tasks independently.
According to a plan that has been drawn up for you, you will go through various departments of the company, such as order processing, sales, purchasing, construction, human resources, and financial accounting. You will also attend regular lessons by KMH specialists in the vocational school (Syke) and the practical training in the training workshop taff! (Bassum).
