Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes and tire rotations.

Salary: $21 - $25 / hour, based on experience

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Technician to join our Service Team. This entry-level position provides hands‑on training and mentorship from experienced Land Rover technicians while developing the skills necessary to become a certified automotive technician.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair services.

Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi‑point inspections.

Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems under supervision.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Complete required Land Rover training courses and development programs.

Properly use tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems according to dealership and manufacturer standards.

Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Automotive vocational training or enrollment in an automotive technology program preferred.

Strong interest in automotive repair and vehicle technology.

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Ability to successfully complete pre‑employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.
