Land Rover Santa Monica, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking an Apprentice Technician to join our Service Team. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and mentorship from experienced technicians while developing skills to become a certified automotive technician.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to complete pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Opportunity to complete Land Rover training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair services.
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes and tire rotations.
• Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computerized systems under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
