Job summary

Lelch is seeking an aspiring Low-Voltage AV Apprentice Technician to learn installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low-voltage systems in commercial and residential settings. You will work on-time, on-budget installations that satisfy clients and gain hands-on experience in a growing team.

Location is St Louis Park, MN with in-person work. Full-time hours, 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, CST, and a path toward programming and advanced AV systems as you grow your skill set.

Qualifications

• Interest in Commercial and/or Residential AV & Low-Voltage (Wiring & Installation).
• Familiarity with networking.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron).
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires.
• Build and lace equipment racks.
• Setup and configuration of devices.
• Understanding of networks.
• Troubleshooting of devices.
• Eventually programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron).

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 / hour

Description

Lelch is seeking an aspiring Low-Voltage Technician to join our team. You will be learn how to install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems in commercial and residential settings. Once we get our hands on you, you will be able to ensure that installations are completed on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients!

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm (CST)
