Job summary

DieselUSA Group, a Jasper Holdings company, is seeking a Production Technician for our Louisville, Kentucky location, working 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

You will disassemble and reassemble diesel fuel components, wash parts, use hand tools and precision measurement equipment, and perform maintenance and repair while ensuring factory specifications. Qualifications

• Strong mechanical ability and aptitude.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to use precision measurement tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble components, wash parts, dry parts, wire wheeling, lasering parts, and sandblasting.
• Reassemble components.
• Use test equipment to verify rebuilt components meet factory specifications.
• Identify known issues and apply critical thinking skills to determine potential new issues.
• Collaborate with a team or work independently to complete maintenance and repair on diesel fuel components.
• Follow procedures and identify needed changes to procedures.
