Job Title: Apprentice Restaurant Manager

Department: Food and Beverage

Reports to: Food & Beverage Director

This role is part of the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association Apprenticeship Program. The Apprentice Restaurant Manager will participate in active study and daily activities to prepare for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high guest service standards through consistent and thoughtful staff service. The program combines hands-on training with online coursework to develop skills for a career in hospitality management.
