Position Overview:

Are you passionate about construction and eager to develop your career in project management? CSIG is seeking an Apprentice Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of project management in the construction industry while gaining hands‑on experience. You will be mentored by skilled professionals, preparing you to manage your own renovation projects and be promoted to project manager. In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, gaining experience in all aspects of the renovation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of residential renovation projects.
• Perform hands‑on tasks such as those of a Punch Tech, ensuring all project details are completed to the CSIG standard.
• Assist in auction preparation, helping to identify and secure properties for renovation.
• Participate in pre‑project estimation, working alongside experienced professionals to determine project scope and costs.
• Assist in identifying and onboarding contractors, ensuring they meet CSIG’s quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Learn and utilize project management tools and software such as Airtable to track progress and manage resources.
• Travel within the state of Georgia to visit job sites and oversee on‑site activities.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate of a university, trade school, or possess experience in construction work.
• A strong interest in hands‑on construction tasks and a desire to learn the intricacies of project management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Georgia.
• Knowledge of construction processes and tools is preferred.
