First year technicians can expect to earn $65,000-$85,000 with potential for rapid increases as you gain experience in a busy residential/commercial service operation. No prior plumbing experience is required; strong communication helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• A mechanical aptitude is desirable, but prior plumbing experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Perform repairs and service calls as directed.
• Document estimates and invoices on paper and mobile device.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service.
• Move on to subsequent service calls after completing work.
