Job summary

Inception Plumbing in the Kansas City metro is hiring a full-time Apprentice Plumber. This role offers extensive hands-on training and mentorship to help you grow in the trade, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

You will start as a laborer under expert guidance, learning installations, troubleshooting, and the fundamentals of plumbing while building a career with a supportive team and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to dig, lift, and carry heavy materials.
• Effective hand-eye coordination for using tools and operating machinery.
• Understanding of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to use safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Ability to work well with others, follow instructions, and collaborate.
• Ability to identify issues and find solutions.
• Attention to detail with measurements, cuts, and following blueprints or instructions.

Responsibilities

• Learn through hands-on experience under mentorship while performing entry-level plumbing tasks.

• Work closely with seasoned professionals to develop skills and knowledge.
• Adapt to diverse residential and commercial remodeling and service work within the Kansas City metro.
