Masters Heating & Cooling is seeking a dependable Plumbing Apprentice at our Fort Wayne location to learn the plumbing trade through hands-on experience and mentorship. You will assist plumbers with installations and repairs, load tools, and help prepare job sites while maintaining safety and customer service.

We offer a full benefits package and a positive, team‑oriented workplace. No previous experience is required beyond a willingness to learn; trade‑school training is a plus.

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Plumbing Apprentice to join our Masters team at our Fort Wayne location. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the plumbing trade, gain hands‑on experience, and build a long‑term career.

Job Description:

• Assist plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Help install pipe, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and other plumbing components
• Prepare job sites and keep work areas clean and safe
• Follow company safety standards and instructions
