DynaTen is seeking a Apprentice Pipefitter to join our team! This is a critical position that will be highly visible in our operation. You will work on mechanical piping systems that are installed on large commercial construction projects. Additionally, this is a position that offers career development and long-term career growth.**Responsibilities*** Fabricate piping systems for mechanical installations for use on commercial construction projects.* Read blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work including locations, quantities, and material specs.* Selects type and size of pipe, and related materials and equipment according to specifications* Cuts, threads, pro press, bends and assembles the pipes.* Prepare, cut, fabricate, layout, fit, position, and assemble piping components together in various positions.* Bolt, clamp, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding and grooved pipe.* Install hangers, supports, valves and components according to piping system plans and specifications.* Perform leak tests to ensure the quality of the pipe and the piping systems.* Proper identification and use of tools required for tasks.
