Job summary

Meijer Inc. in West Branch, MI is seeking an Apprentice Meat Cutter to support daily meat cutting operations. You will assist in cutting fresh beef, pork and grind, aligning with the production schedule to ensure accurate cuts for advertised products.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with weights and measure processes specific to meat processing.
• Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.
