Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Part-Time Meat Cutter to assist daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and ground meat and to follow the production schedule for advertised cuts. You will help write fresh meat orders, organize deliveries, and maintain a positive relationship with customers and teammates.

We offer weekly pay, scheduling flexibility, and development opportunities. Food safety, weights and measures accuracy, and inventory control are essential. A current hand jack/hilo license is required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with weights and measure processes specific to meat processing.
• Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Current handjack/hilo license.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.
