Job summary

California Closets Huntington Beach is seeking an Apprentice Installation Technician to install custom storage systems in homes and businesses. You will use CAD drawings and hand/power tools, perform precise measurements, and deliver excellent customer service on every job.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a high school diploma. The role runs 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with company-provided tools, PPE, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with hand and power tools and carpentry.
• Ability to read CAD drawings/blueprints for installations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and install materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install custom storage systems (closets, cabinets, offices) in homes or commercial spaces.
• Utilize CAD drawings to install systems accurately and efficiently.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assist in removal and installation of materials at client sites.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order.
