Job summary

California Closets CCO is seeking an Installation Tech to install custom storage systems in homes and businesses. You will work with luxury materials, use CAD drawings, and perform skilled carpentry tasks, delivering exceptional customer service on-site.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and comfort with walking and climbing in client homes. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00 am–4:30 pm, with company benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Able to walk, lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled carpentry work to install closets, cabinets, offices and other spaces.
• Use CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assist in removal and installation of materials in client homes.
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order.
• Install systems independently or with team members as needed.
• Provide a high level of customer service during in-home installations.
• Maintain safety standards at all times.
• Drive to and from customer sites using company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
