Job summary

Cook Solutions Group in Denver is seeking a Full-Time Locksmith Apprentice to learn the trade alongside a journeyman locksmith. You will gain experience in installing, repairing, and servicing mechanical or electrical locking devices using hand and power tools.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, communication, and time management, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative team culture. Wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with benefits and a company vehicle for field work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of mechanical, electrical and/or troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to a week if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Learn the trade by working alongside a journeyman locksmith.
• Disassemble and inspect locks such as padlocks, safes, vaults, doors, and teller locks.
• Repair or replace worn tumblers, springs and other components.
• Cut new or duplicate keys using a key cutting machine.
• Maintain and account for tools, inventory, and job parts.
