APPRENTICE / LABORER – DEMOLITION & EXCAVATION STARTING AT $23

Looking for an opportunity to build a real career in construction? HTM Contractors is looking for hardworking and dependable Apprentices / Laborers who want to learn demolition, excavation, grading, site work, and heavy equipment operations. No experience is required for the right person with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn. We are building long-term careers – not just filling positions.

PAY & OPPORTUNITY

• Starting pay: $23 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Quarterly performance incentives

• Opportunity to grow into:
  • CDL Driver / Operator
  • Foreman

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekend and outer island work

THE WORK

• Assist with demolition, excavation, grading, and site work
• Use hand tools and construction equipment safely
• Support operators, foremen, and field crews
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Learn construction safety, field operations, and production work
• Assist with traffic control, trenching, cleanup, and site preparation
