Job summary

HTM Contractors in Honolulu, HI is looking for a Tree Driver/Laborer to join our dedicated team. You'll work on various tree care projects and must possess a valid driver's license. Join our team to work on technical tree care projects using top‑of‑the‑line equipment and industry‑standard climbing and rigging techniques. We’re looking for motivated candidates with strong attitudes, drive, and tree care experience.

Pay & Schedule

• $20 per hour
• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Weekly Pay
• Medical and Dental Insurance – Begins after 4 weeks averaging 20+ hours/week
• 10 paid holidays
• 80 hours PTO annually
• Birthday Pay (After 1 year)

The Work

• Secure work zones with traffic signage, cones, arrow board
• Be a safety person while bucket trimmers and/or climbers are in trees
• Clean up debris from trimming and removals
• Rake and blow areas for final cleanup
• Ensure to load up all tools and equipment used – return to baseyard

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License is required
