The Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Office of Physical Security Programs (PSP), Facilities Security Division (FSD), Domestic Building Branch (DBB) has a requirement for construction surveillance services utilizing Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to support Construction Surveillance Detection Service operations via the CST Site Security Program (SSP). The specific goal of the CST SSP is to detect unauthorized access to controlled areas, deter the introduction of unauthorized materials to the site, and observe activities of construction workers and visitors to prevent clandestine surveillance devices from being implanted into the structure under construction.
