Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Team across the United States. This is a structured career path with a full training program to elevate skills from Apprentice to Jeweler.

As an Apprentice you will handle administrative duties, customer interactions, photography for intake, jewelry polishing and quality control, and you will progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through hands-on coaching and a promote-from-within environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service minded with strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic Computer Skills and familiarity with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative responsibilities and clerical tasks.
• Interact with stores and customers for service coordination.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and assist in repairs learning.
• Support polishing and quality control as you train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.
