Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Design & Service Center Teams. You’ll begin with administrative tasks and customer service, then train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. The program includes full training to elevate skills from Apprentice to Jeweler.

Full-time schedule with 40 hours weekly and occasional overtime, starting at $15 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Customer service minded with strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills and organizational ability.
• Detail oriented with good time management.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and clerical duties.
• Assist with photography of jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Support customer service interactions with stores and customers.
• Learn jewelry repair basics and craftsmanship details.
• Assist in polishing and quality control as training progresses.
