Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Start as an Apprentice learning administrative tasks, polishing jewelry, and basic repair, with a clear path toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

You will support stores and customers, handle clerical duties, and participate in our training program which promotes from within. Full-time with some nights/weekends, pay $15–$16 per hour, with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Interest in jewelry repair or design is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and advance through a formal training program.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative/clerical tasks and customer service duties.
• Interact with stores and customers and photograph jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair, polishing, and quality control.
• Progress from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler through our training journey.
