Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC experience, preferably residential service or installation.
• Apprentice mindset with desire to grow in the HVAC trade.
• Working knowledge of basic HVAC principles: heating, cooling, airflow, electrical fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations on residential HVAC systems.
• Work with heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and related equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and identify repair or replacement solutions.
• Assist with system startups, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper operation.
