YOUR DAILY GROWTH AS OUR APPRENTICE HVAC INSTALLER

This is a full-time entry-level apprenticeship, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. As our Apprentice HVAC Installer, you'll arrive at your job site directly from home and work closely with a team of experienced installers on a variety of commercial HVAC projects. You'll assist with the installation of ductwork, rooftop units (RTUs), and control systems, gaining first-hand experience in the field. You'll load and unload tools and materials, maintain job site organization, and support general cleanup-all while soaking up industry knowledge and developing new skills. You'll follow the lead of senior installers, help document completed work, and ensure every job is done safely and efficiently. Occasionally, you'll travel for out-of-town projects, where you'll gain exposure to even more real-world learning opportunities.

Here's what's needed for this entry-level apprenticeship:

• HVAC training experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Comfortable working from ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to travel for up to 5 consecutive days when needed

Preferred Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Completion of HVAC classes at a trade school is a plus, but not required. Prior HVAC or construction experience is helpful but not necessary.
