Online Labels Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our Flexographic Press Operator Apprenticeship. You will learn press operation, setup, troubleshooting, and quality through a structured, hands-on program that partners with a technical college-like training approach.

The program prepares you for a long-term career in label manufacturing, with staged skill development and progression tied to performance. Initial training occurs on first shift with potential shift differences.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a production environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts after training.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate in English to ensure safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up flexographic presses.
• Mount plates and manage ink systems.
• Handle materials and adjust presses for quality.
• Perform print quality checks and inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues.
• Oversee full label production lifecycle from setup to finish.
