Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years old.
• Knowledge of welding and assembly experience is helpful.
• Must possess basic reading and mathematical skills.
• Register as an apprentice through the RAPIDS system.

Responsibilities

• Learn to weld, fit, and assemble structural framework and materials per shop drawings and layouts.
• Be paired with a senior fitter as an apprentice/trainee under supervision.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the area.
• Work safely and follow PPE requirements.
• Assist with production duties as assigned by supervisor.
