Job summary

Murgado Automotive Group’s Audi Stuart in Stuart, FL is seeking an Apprentice / Express Technician. This entry-level role offers a structured path to becoming an Audi technician, with hands-on training in a modern, air-conditioned shop and access to diagnostic tools and factory training.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with full benefits, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and opportunities to advance as you gain certifications while working with a luxury brand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform oil services, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs.
• Use specialized tools following Audi quality and safety standards.
• Keep work area organized and professional.
• Communicate with service team to provide accurate, timely updates to customers.
• Continue learning through on-the-job coaching and formal training.

What you’ll do

You’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of express and maintenance service while learning the systems that make Audi vehicles special:

• Perform oil services, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, fluid checks, and other preventive maintenance
• Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs
• Use specialized tools and equipment while following Audi quality and safety standards
• Keep your work area organized and professional
• Communicate clearly with the service team so customers get accurate, timely information
• Continuously build your skills through on-the-job coaching and formal training

As you progress, you’ll take on more complex work and increase your earning potential.
