Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to learn on real-world projects from new buildings to industrial installations. If you hold a valid TDLR and are familiar with blueprints, join our team to build and install electrical systems across varied sites.

This full-time role offers a supportive crew, OT as needed, and a path to grow your skills in a hands-on environment. Bring your boots, your brain, and a strong work ethic to help us deliver quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid TDLR license and passion for electrical construction.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical work.
• Flexible, team-first attitude for field projects.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours per week with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Layout and install electrical systems, conduit, trays, gear, pumps, motors, breakers.
• Operate electrical tools (benders, threaders, wire pullers, strippers, drills).
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems with meters and equipment.
• Assist site supervisor and contribute to safe, efficient work on site.

At Titan Electric, we’re not just looking for anyone who can turn a screwdriver—we’re looking for an Electrical Apprentice who’s ready to learn, grow, and put their skills to work on real-world projects that range from new buildings to industrial installations and everything in between.

If you’ve got your TDLR and of electrical construction experience under your (tool)belt and know your way around a blueprint—or want to—keep reading. Because we’ve got full‑time work, a supportive team, and the kind of tools that make sparks fly (in a good way).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and schematics like a pro (or becoming one).
• Laying out and installing electrical systems—conduit, cable trays, gear, pumps, motors, breakers—you name it.
• Operating the full lineup of electrical tools: benders, threaders, wire pullers, hyd. strippers, drills, knockout sets. Yeah, we’ve got toys.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems with all the right meters and equipment.
• Pitching in wherever your site supervisor needs you.
• Most importantly? Being a safety champ and making it home each day in one piece.

What You Bring

• A valid TDLR and a passion for electrical construction.
• Ability to lift heavy stuff (up to 40 lbs) and handle physical work—think standing, bending, crawling, reaching.
• A flexible, team‑first attitude (we like working with people who like working with people).
• Willingness to work 40+ hours a week, with overtime as needed.
• A love for clean installs, a good day’s work, and a solid crew.

The Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Occasional OT and variable schedules depending on the project.
