Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and panels.
• Perform tasks such as running wires, installing outlets, and connecting electrical components under supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving of electrical issues.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are organized and readily available at job sites.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards while on the job.
• Participate in on-the-job training to expand technical knowledge and skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tasks performed and hours worked for licensing requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow in the trade.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• With at least 3-4 years of apprenticeship work required.
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Chelmsford, MA, Southern NH, and Southern ME.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, working at heights, and performing tasks in various weather conditions.
