Job summary

N Family Club Forest Hill is seeking an Apprentice Educator to gain hands-on experience while working toward an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). You’ll rotate around nursery rooms, provide safe and inspirational care, and move into a qualified educator role after completing the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
