Job summary

N Family Club in Forest Hill, UK, is seeking an Education Manager to lead a team of Educators and deliver outstanding education, customer service, and a thriving team culture. In the absence of the Nursery Manager, you will step in as Manager in Charge, ensuring safety, compliance and quality.

You'll drive the N Curriculum, own SEND provision, champion safeguarding, observe teaching, provide feedback, and develop staff through the N Academy.

Qualifications

• EYFS leadership and improving teaching quality.
• Coaching and developing early years teams.
• Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder communication.
• Experience leading education within EYFS with high standards.
• Ability to inspire teams through growth and change.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate education quality through the N Curriculum and Pedagogy.
• Own SEND provision, including identification and personalised support planning.
• Champion safeguarding and wellbeing; act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
• Observe teaching, coach in the moment and model outstanding delivery.
• Provide structured feedback, mentoring and 1:1 development for staff.
• Support daily planning, environments, ratios and rotas for safe, high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to staff development through mentoring and N Academy.
