Job summary

Swift Childcare is offering an exciting apprenticeship to earn while you learn and gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. You will learn on the job in a nursery setting, gaining hands-on experience with children.

Remote learning supports the qualification with online tutors, and there are real opportunities to progress to full-time employment after completion. No prior experience required; strong communication and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with children and parents.
• Basic understanding of early childhood education principles.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and collaboration in a team.
• A driving license is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Engage children in fun and educational activities.
• Ensure a safe and stimulating environment.
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, nap times, and outdoor play.
• Observe and record children's progress.
• Work closely with a team of childcare professionals.
