Job summary

Surface Experts of Northeast Philadelphia is seeking a diligent field technician to join our growing national team. You will perform on-site surface repair work, complete tasks on schedule, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Experience with hands-on trades helps, color matching is important, and a two-year commitment is valued; benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching, training, and a company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience with hands-on work in construction, manufacturing, or related hobbies.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is helpful.
• Color matching knowledge is important for our repair work.
• Willingness to commit to a two-year tenure is preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with your hands, whether that’s in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby.
• Having experience working in facilities maintenance can be very helpful.
• It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.
• The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment.
