We’re a growing residential construction company specializing in home remodels, additions, and fix-and-flip projects. We value craftsmanship, integrity, and a strong work ethic. We’re looking for a motivated individual ready to start from the ground up and learn the construction trade hands-on.

Position Overview:

This is an entry-level position designed for someone with little to no prior experience in construction. We’ll train the right person in multiple trades, including carpentry, demolition, framing, drywall, finish work, and more. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear path toward a leadership role for those who are dedicated and reliable.

Strong attention to detail

Reliable: shows up on time every day, ready to work

Coachable: willing to learn, follow directions, and take feedback

Sober and focused during work hours

Follows safety protocols and respects tools and job sites

Can work without distractions from mobile devices

Willingness to travel when needed (travel expenses covered)

Backgrounds:

Recent high school graduate

Recently discharged military veteran (veterans strongly encouraged to apply)
