Job summary

W3Global is seeking an Apprentice - Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter in Columbus, OH. You will support Journeymen with installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial projects across Central Ohio.

You'll learn to read blueprints, lay out pipes, and use hand/power tools while participating in on-the-job training and classroom instruction to progress toward Journeyman credentials. This full-time, on-site role offers hands-on growth in a professional team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and develop trade skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and a willingness to learn proper tool usage.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on construction work.
• Reliable attendance and safety commitment.
• Willingness to travel to Central Ohio commercial sites.
• Open to overtime as project demands.
• Previous plumbing/construction experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Journeymen and Foremen with commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Learn proper plumbing installation techniques and industry best practices.
• Develop ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Learn pipe layout, fitting, installation, and other essential plumbing skills.
• Develop proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment.
• Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction toward Journeyman credentials.
