Job summary

Penske Logistics in Oswego, NY is seeking immediate openings for Full-time Apprentice Class A CDL Truck Drivers. Earn $26.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours during the apprentice program and require coil endorsement; home daily.

You will drive late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks with safety features and in-cab cameras. You will deliver aluminum scrap and coils for a world leader in rolled aluminum products, and work a 5-day schedule with nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be a Penske approved CDL School graduate (CDL 160, Ivy Tech, Truck Drivers Institute, New England Tractor Trailer Training School), or a current/former US Armed Forces member.
• Valid Class A CDL; domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all applicable federal/state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Federal law requires English language proficiency for this role.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Role is safety sensitive under DOT rules; maintain alertness and safety.
