About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) under supervision.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding, including cleaning and grinding.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the assembly and fabrication of metal parts and structures.
• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist senior welders with tasks as required on fabrication projects.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workshop environment.
• Participate actively in all assigned training modules and practical assessments.

Requirements

• A Matriculation Certificate with a pass in Mathematics is essential.
