The Appraisal Analyst position with the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury is located in Murfreesboro, TN. The Appraisal Analyst supports the Division of Property Assessments by assisting Tennessee's property assessors and ensuring effective administration of the state's property tax system. This role contributes to reappraisal programs, provides technological and appraisal support, reviews property assessment data, and helps maintain compliance with state law. Analysts work closely with management, local governments, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and uphold statewide standards.
