Job summary

UF Resources in Bradenton is seeking an Appointment Setter to join our on-site team. Base pay is $16.00/hour with an additional $50 for every qualified appointment you set, paid weekly, and no cold calling.

We offer full-time or part-time shifts, Monday to Friday, with a friendly script and coaching to help you grow into other roles within our expanding company. On-site at our Bradenton office, there is growth potential into telesales leadership or member services.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of phone, call center, customer service, or inside sales experience.
• Clear, confident verbal communication.
• Reliable, punctual, coachable, and comfortable in an on-site team setting.

Responsibilities

• Call warm, pre-qualified prospects and confirm interest using a proven script.
• Schedule appointments for field representatives.
• Log accurate call notes and appointment details in the system.
• Maintain a friendly, professional tone on every call.
• Work toward daily call and appointment targets with coaching support.
