Job summary

Green Energy Windows and Doors is seeking an energetic setter to help initiate contact with homeowners, introduce the program, and generate interest in window replacement.

In this role you will schedule in-home consultations, coordinate with the sales team, and help turn outreach into qualified appointments while working in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Paid training is provided, with earning potential through commissions on top of hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience in a customer-facing role engaging homeowner prospects is a plus.
• Experience following up with prospects and tracking outreach activity is a plus.

In this role, you will help create those first connections with prospective customers by introducing the program, building interest, and supporting the early stages of the homeowner journey. This is opportunity is for someone who enjoys starting conversations, staying organized, and helping turn outreach into scheduled consultations for the sales team.
